Ciacco is a restaurant-bistro in the heart of San Lorenzo, Rome, at Via dei Ramni 13, a short walk from Sapienza University and Termini station. Our base is Roman cuisine – carbonara, cacio e pepe, gricia, amatriciana – the starting point for creative meat and fish dishes: amberjack tartare, octopus, tuna tataki, bao. Homemade desserts, aperitivo with boards and cocktails, selected Italian wines. Open every day for lunch and dinner.
